For customers with a valid maintenance contract, MyUtimaco
provides articles, troubleshooting help, and answers to a wider range technical
questions only available to members. You will be required to log in with a valid
User ID and password.

Online assistance via MyUtimaco is the fastest and
most convenient way to get support. Telephone-based support is also available for
customers in the U.S. & Canada with a valid maintenance contract. The
toll-free support hotline is 877-UTIMACO (or 877 884-6226). Please have the following
on-hand when you call:
- Maintenance contract number
- Product name/edition, product version number, and operating system
- Error messages & any other pertinent information
