SafeGuard Enterprise — New FeaturesSafeGuard Enterprise 5.3 includes a new management API designed to improve ease-of-use and accelerate standard tasks for enterprise security administrators. The new management API helps organizations gain unprecedented levels of operational efficiency and lowers operating costs by providing comprehensive central security management functionality designed to manage an enterprise-wide information protection system. Vista BitLocker FeaturesIn addition to clients protected with SafeGuard Device Encryption, the latest version also works seamlessly alongside Vista's BitLocker native hard drive encryption, allowing a single-console view of all clients even in mixed environments. With the SafeGuard Partner Connect module, organizations can now use BitLocker and/or the SafeGuard Device Encryption to encrypt hard drives, as well as centrally manage and administer both solutions jointly through SafeGuard Management Center.
