Utimaco's SafeGuard CryptoServer is a tamperproof hardware security module (HSM). It is responsible for securely generating, storing and applying cryptographic keys and certificates during encryption and digital signature processes.

SafeGuard CryptoServer is highly secure, and has fully featured management functionality, guaranteeing that electronic processes, such as e-business, e-payment and e-government applications can be implemented securely and reliably.

Utimaco's SafeGuard CryptoServer product family, which has FIPS certification, provides powerful, highly flexible hardware security modules, which can be used to secure a wide range of business processes. These include making transactions secure in ERP systems, secured PKI environments, document management and archiving solutions, database security and authentication, secured toll transaction capture, and even payment applications and electronic invoicing systems.

SafeGuard CryptoServer has standard interfaces, such as Microsoft Crypto API, PKCS#11, and interfaces for payment systems, making it easier to integrate in existing applications.

SafeGuard CryptoServer CS10

The SafeGuard CryptoServer CS10 PCI card is designed to be integrated in your existing hardware environment from PC to mainframe systems. SafeGuard CryptoServer CS50

We offer SafeGuard CryptoServer in standard product packages:

• Security Server: The "HSM basic solution" supports all current industry standards, and so offers all currently available interfaces, and also an integrated key management system, in one package.
• Payment Server: The Payment Server is a complete solution for card issuing, payment service providers and ATM key management. Within the package, all current banking and finance standards are supported.
• Timestamp Server: The "Crypto Time Stamp", which is based on RFC 3161, ensures that reliable and auditable timestamps are provided within business processes. The Timestamp Server provides a complete standard solution.
• Development Suite: In addition to complete product packages we also provide a complete development environment for the SafeGuard CryptoServer product family. It can be used to integrate specific applications, protocols and algorithms in the SafeGuard CryptoServer's secured area.
